A bit of colour for grey winter days

When I ordered yarn a few weeks ago I wanted it to be "colourful" and "happy".  Well, I don't think you get more colourful and happy than this!!

The picture is a bit fuzzy, but you get the idea. Just what I needed. The yarn is called No Place Like Gnome by GnomeAcres (purchased on Etsy). They are more socks knitted with an afterthought heel (I just knitted the waste yarn) by Amy Klimt and the for the patterning on the leg I'm using the Lava Flow Socks by the Sock Bug. Simple, fun, quick and bright.
