I am thankful for: the technology to work anywhere

(I'm a day behind again, how does this happen!!)

I said in an earlier post that I'm a procrastinator, but amongst my other working habbits we find spontaneous, creative and "untimely". What I mean by "untimely" is that I don't like to work at assigned times. I have a B personality, which means early mornings are not my thing, but if I have to wake up at 5am because of my toddler, it might cause me to be completely out of synch the rest of the day, or ready for a few hours of work right at the crack of dawn. I have no idea why, but I've learned to just go with the flow and take advantage of the moments when I really do get working.

This morning I had one of those moments and took advantage to write up a few pages of excercises for the Spanish class I'm teaching. It's not fascinating work, but it needs to be done and how great am I going to feel going to school on Monday morning when most of the work I had planned for that morning will already have been done, at home, in my PJs, and will be sitting in cyberspace ready to be collected for final touches. Being able to work from home can be a curse too, I'm well aware of that, but today it's been a great thing.
